To allow for a more personal experience, I do not currently offer direct ordering through my website. I apologize for any inconvenience, but promise prompt service for all phone and email orders.
Local orders for delivery/pick-up: Order by Email (erinrosejewelry@gmail.com) or by Phone (see below.) Include your phone # and address and if you would like to have your items delivered or would prefer to pick them up. You can pay with cash, check, or credit card via paypal.
Customers outside of the NW suburbs: Email your orders to erinrosejewelry@gmail.com. I will send the available choices and the expected date of completion for all custom items. After you have reviewed this information and confirmed your order, I will send an invoice for payment via paypal. You can also mail a check, however, items may be held until the check has cleared. Your choice of USPS first-class or Priority shipping will be charged based on weight for orders under $75. FREE shipping for orders of $75 or more!

To order in person (preferred method,) call (630)373-0706, or email erinrosejewelry@gmail.com to set up a personal jewelry consultation (approx. 15-30 min.) You can view finished jewelry, as well as the Swarovski color chart, and I can take measurements to ensure the best fit possible.

Custom Order Policy: For custom orders, or any item made to order, my payment policy is 50% down, with the balance due on delivery, or prior to shipment for orders that require mailing.
*I am a registered Illinois business in Kane County, therefore sales tax at a rate of 7.75% will be added to all orders.*
